Meet the Team

Lance founded the company in 2010 with humble beginnings, serving oilfield customers by logging vehicle information as they passed through customer gates.  In the years since, Lance has grown the company to its current position through innovation and unmatched customer service.  He has added layers to the business, expanding the breadth of services we provide by identifying customer needs and developing new products to meet those requirements.

Prior to OverWatch, Lance managed multiple John Deere service and sales offices across numerous states as well as coordinated overseas fulfillment and shipping on government contracts.  Lance also served as a law enforcement officer in Texas.

Terri has been with the company since the beginning and manages the administrative side of the company.  Terri is responsible for coordinating all human resources, purchasing and AR/AP activities.  She has provided OverWatch with critical leadership in several strategic business areas including contracts, customer service and training.

Tommy started with OverWatch in 2014 and manages the day-to-day field operations.  Tommy supervises all field personnel as well as works closely with the administrative office to meet and realize all company operational goals.  He also collaborates closely with customers to schedule installation and service activity, build customer relations and provide support.
